​​➛ Home Visits: Available for NDIS participants and DVA ​patients who require this service, across the Illawarra, Southern Highlands, and the Greater Sydney regions.​
We also offer individual, couple, and family consultations, as well as group education for companies, sporting clubs, and students.

Medicare

If your doctor has provided you with a Chronic Disease & Complex Care Management Plan (CDM)or an Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan (EDTMP), you are eligible for a rebate of $61.80 per consultation. Please bring your referral and a copy of your plan to your appointment to claim your rebate. Patients who have reached their Extended Medicare Safety Net cap may be eligible for a higher rebate.

Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)

We are a registered DVA provider. If you have a DVA gold card and an appropriate referral (D904), your consultations will be fully covered. Home visits can also be arranged.

Private Health

Most private health funds offer a rebate for dietetic consultations. The amount you can claim depends on your level of cover, so please contact your fund directly for details. We offer HICAPS and Tyro Health, allowing you to claim your rebate at the time of payment if your fund participates.

If you would like to have Nutritionally Ahead work with you or your participant, a service agreement can be developed. Please contact us or call to discuss further. Alternatively, please download the electronic referral form on the NDIS information page to complete and email to us.

Medicare Rebates​

For patients who have been referred to a dietitian by their doctor on a Chronic Disease & Complex Care Management Plan (CDM), Medicare provides a rebate of $56.00 per consultation.

To be eligible for the rebate, your doctor must develop your plan prior to your dietetic consultation. To enable you to claim your rebate, please bring your referral and a copy of your plan, to your consultation,

Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to keep your appointment, please contact us to reschedule.   At least 24 hours notice is required for all rescheduling or cancellations. This is so that time can be made available to someone else, to help them on their health journey.

A cancellation fee of 100% of the fee may be charged for rescheduled, cancelled or missed appointments, with less than 24 hours notice. We do understand that in some circumstances, short notice may be unavoidable. Discretion will be exercised in such cases.
